My favorite is Chinese Noodle Cookies. Chinese noodles, mixed nuts, chocolate & butterscotch chips and Special K cereal. Yummy! Snickerdoodles are another favorite.

Ooohh - cookies.
Um - I haven't been too keen on chocolate lately - scary huh? But every year I love to make Chocolate Rum Pretzels (the dough doesn't always make it to the oven....)...and the peanut butter cookies with the hershey's kisses, and tea cakes, aka Mexican Wedding Cakes. (Melissa loves my tea cakes) And if you're really lucky, and I am feeling ambitious, I'll make Champagne Truffles.
Hmm, what else - a good cup of hot cocoa or hot cider, or even mulled wine is good too.
Ooh, I love the holidays!
Katrina, Peanut butter candy is one of my specialities and everyone always hopes i will get into my candy making groove at the holidays just so they can have some. The peanutbutter balls are the top request. Some people leave a space when they dip in the chocolate and call the result "buckeyes". We are big peanutbuttter fans around here, too. The most request cookies ae my peautbutter blossoms (with the Hershey's kisses )
