Fall recipe swap

Where are the scanned Swap pictures? I want to see them, especially my DexW's.

Matt, we are waiting for everyone to have received theirs so as to not ruin the surprise, and I need to finish creating the web pages. Cleo still hasn't received her package from Lynne. Hang on, it shouldn't be long now.

If you want to privately email everyone to show them where they are, go for it. I can't believe how long it's taken for them to get to me. It's nuts. We only have 3 ports of entry for US mail. And if it goes east first, they'll ship it to Vancouver (flies right over Calgary!) before it comes here. They closed customs in Calgary which is crazy. I'd have had them a long time ago.

In the future is there a better way to mail things to you? This was the first time I've mailed something to Canada. Or is this just the way of the mail? I wonder if the priority Canade mail would have been faster if it's customs that is holding things up. Now I feel badly that I didn't just spend the extra $4 to send it to you.

No, it wouldn't help. It's customs that holds everything back. It can take up to five weeks to get anything up here now.
