I was not going to say anything when i posted about my newly purchased cabinet, but I bought it for MY DAY!!

Anyhow was kinda rotten. Sunday woke up with my eyes almost swelled shut so went to er. I ave a bad case of poison ivy AGAIN. I got a shot which held and using some lotion all over. Yesterday i stayed in to try and keep cool as hot makes it worse. i had it in more places yesterday too.

So I sat and wondered why is it as I get OLDER (for those WHO thought that!!) why the body is getting less tolerant of the things that did not bother us before.

So I had a pretty good one in that my cabinet will be here the end of the week.

Sorry you had poison ivy on your birthday! Bad enough to have it any time of the year.

Might not be just age. Heard this weekend on the news that poison ivy is more virulent than it used to be.

An effect of global warming, they say. Oh, joy. Everyone outdoors where they might be exposed, wear long sleeves & long pants & watch out for the nasty green stuff.
