Happy belated birthday ladies!

Thanks to everyone for the Birthday wishes. My sister, youngest DD, and children at the daycare surprised me with a cake and ice cream. I got $200 to put down on my cruise next March from DH and children. DH and youngest DS and I went out for steak dinner that evening - DD had self defense class and couldn't make it. I got lots of phone calls from my children and grandchildren during the day. After school my oldest DD's five children called and serenaded me with a happy birthday song. Then my youngest granddaughter got on the phone and said her mom said they couldn't afford to buy enough candles for my cake, but were bringing me a cake with one candle this weekend when they come. This way we won't torch the ceiling when it's lit!

Sounds like you had a wonderful bday Sandy, full of tons of love. That's too funny about the youngest grandaughter and telling you about the one candle. As my dad would say, "I've been grandkidded again." LOL
