May CCC cards posted to Webshots

I got my pics posted on my webshots for the May CCC! Phew! Just in time!

I used up some scraps and am quite pleased with the results. I didnt get to see the extra challenge for this month because of my absence. I will look forward to next months challenge! :-)

Great cards, Linda. Love the blocks you used to border the card and to make the tree. I never thought of embossing the tops of plastic letters for snow. It turned out great. I will have to give that a try.

I love your cards Linda! I really love the quilt block tree one, I'm going to have to remember that. My Mom loves quilts, and has made more quilts than I can remember, 3 baby quilts just this year. I'm going to have to do something like this for her! Thanks for the inspiration!

Great cards Linda. I love the quilt block tree. I really like the embossing on the first card too. I'm going to have to try that.

Thanks Sandy. The blocks were the quilted border all around the 8.5x11 paper that I dug out of my stash. The snowmen people were all at the bottom of the paper . I just cut it all out! I Linda

Thanks Cathy! I had to be careful to not melt the letters when I was heat embossing the snow on those letters..LOL
