national scrapbooking day

Those of us from RCS that can, will be at the Ole Geneva Dairy Barn near Indianapolis, Indiana that weekend. I hadn't even realized that this was the same weekend as National Scrapbook Day. How neat!

I was just thinking because of the Silent Auction at my kid's school I miss National Scrapbooking day every year. Then I thought wait just a second this year I'm going to be at the coolest crop of all... THE BARN with fellow RCSers!

Wow...that thought just dawned on me. THis will be the first time I get to celebrate that holiday..lol!! It's a holiday for us, right!! And what an awesome place and group to celebrate with...woohoo!!

M-C, I realized it and had meant to point it out. Just didn't get around to it yet. What better way to spend the day! It may be something to consider and have future rcs getaways the same weekend each year. We'll also be there for Cinco de Mayo. Think they'll fix us a mexican feast? Just wishing, since that's my fave food.

That would be pretty cool..from what I've been told, scrapping after a few margarita's is a lot easier...and a little crooked. LOL!!
