I'm hoping in a week or so I'll be recuperated enough from the c-section to be able to go upstairs to the twins' nursery, then when they are sleeping up there I can work next door in my hobby room on my scrapbooking. :-) Here's the official announcement we ordered from the hospital (slightly edited to remove our last names for posting here):

They turned out pretty with the ivory vellum and ivory back up paper. I'm thinking of matting this on black cardstock and framing it to hang on our baby brag wall too! :-)
Thank you, Deb, and everyone else who responded! (Wish I had time to individually thank everyone!)--finally actually got them in the mail yesterday--found some lovely sage green heart stamps at the post office that went great with the ivory envelopes. Here's what they look like:

Description said its for weddings but I think they work great for birth announcements too. :-) We're still working on schedules here, DH went back to work on Monday, and to say it's been challenging here (I only have Maya to help me out right now and she goes back to school in a few weeks) is an understatement ;-) but each day is getting easier than the day before, thank goodness! I'm hoping in a few months to be able to get back to scrapbooking! I've got a million ideas for the new baby pics and albums! Carolyne in TX
