Yes, today is our 8 year anniversary! I have been resting all day and we plan to go to dinner later on this evening.

Happy Anniversary! I'm sure dinner out will be a definate treat this week. DH isn't going to carry you to the car is he? Sometimes our wonderfully loving hubbies can be a bit over-protective. But over-protective is much better than under-protective!
You said it Deb. My ex-husband didn't show up for my first knee surgery or my 2nd or 3rd. The nurses were outraged that he didn't even call. Not sure why he went to the 4th, 5th or 6th, but hindsight makes me wonder if his "girlfrinds" made him, LOL! Might explain why he's an ex! Far better to have someone who cares enough to hover!
