For Google Groups (which I think you're using), go to your account. Go to "Google Groups - Manage Subscriptions" (under My Services). That will show a list of all the groups you subscribe to, as well as a changeable email address field for each one.

Ok, first of all thanks Gina. I figured out how to get where you said (of course the ONLY one I have is RCS). The first block is nickname. The second is email addy. When I click on it, even the blank one at the top, it does not let me do anything. I have tried back spacing, deleting nothing works.
I just do not get it I guess!
