DH, kiddos, and I just got back yesterday from a wonderful two week visit with my family in NM. Boy, you all certainly were chatty! LOL I'll catch up with posts later, but I did want to say that I'm back.
We had lots of fun. Went fishing one day. Hung out with my brother and sister and their spouses. Played with the nephew. Got to watch the nephew and our two play together. Had a tea party. Took a day to go visit my grandma. Just a relaxing visit. The fishing day was a first for the kids (all three of them). Unfortunately, the only thing that was caught was my dad. LOL DS accidentially hooked "Papa" on his forehead. Dad's ok, but like all head wounds, lots of blood. DS and Dad both were ok, and Dad made sure DS understood it was an accident. Although, it certainly was a learning experience for him. After that, DS made sure he looked all around before he cast. Even though no one caught any fish, we still had fun. We cooked hot dogs over a camp fire for supper and roasted marshmallows and made smores. Got some great pics to scrap now!
Now it's time to do the unpacking, change the kitty litter box, do laundry, etc!
