OT: Magazine Gripe

I was thumbing through my scrapbooking/stamping/cardmaking magazines (with the exception of Cards) it dawned on me why I hardly scrap-lift (other than the really great Simple Scrapbooking magazine for May) from magazines.

They never include the size of the layout (12x12, 8.5x11, or 6x6) and/ or the size of the photographs used. Granted 12x12 is a dead give away but it would be great if they could include a description of what size photos were used too.

I.E., 2 3x5 and 4 wallets or 1 8x10 or 2 4x6 and 4 2x2 pixs

anyone else have this gripe or is just me over analysing again.

Just wondering.

Kate

No, it's not just you. LOL I have the same frustration in trying to figure out what the dimensions of things are. I have learned, though, to make a guess and be flexible. I've learned that what I make doesn't have to look exactly like that picture I saw, to just use it as a springboard for my creativeness.
