Unfortunately, not. We are an unmoderated group or believe me I would have sent these guys packing long ago! To be moderated would mean that one person would have to sit here and read every post and decide if they should go through or not. That makes things rather slow. However check the programs you are using to see if they have filters that you can use. If you know of freeware or shareware that those who do not have outlook can use, please be kind enough to share with the group.

There will always be people who come in and try to raise a rukus. This last batch is persistent bud sadly lacking in imagination!

Is there a way to cancel this group and start it up under a different name?

Unfortunatley that is pretty hard to do. This is usenet and RCS has existed here for a number of years. There is a complicated proceedure to allow groups to exist in usenet. I know it is a difficult thing to do, but this troll will go away, when he realizes that he can't use us to give him thrills or do his dirty work. We need to make the "Don't Feed the Trolls" policy 100% effective.

I really am sorry that he has targeted us, but I for one am not about to allow him to make me give up RCS and the excellent friends I have made here.
