ROTC is I think one of the best things DS#1 has ever done. He has really thrived on the decpline the program has. (mind you most of it is from peers)
It's a scary world these days. DODDS Europe is getting info out as

M13 gang is just starting to come into Central AR, most of the info we've gotten is really scary. I have taken to looking at things alot different and I am far more aware of what's going on around me now.
You should call Deb or I and maybe we can do a quick met while you're passing through! At least catch a bite to eat.
