Gangs haven't started here but the teenagers can be very destructive.
I think you'd be really suprised to find out they exist even when you don't think they do. They have gone underground so to speak. The "gangs" no longer call themselves gangs due to the laws that went into effect approx.
8-10 yrs ago. They are now calling themselves: clicks, possess, ect. Knee replacement is extremely painful but I have many years experience

My DM is looking forward to the surgery, now that she is over the initial shock they decided to do it. I'm sure she will do just fine, she's wanted the replacement for about 5 years now but they didn't think she was bad enough off. That changed!
