April, once the box has made it's full round of the current list then come "home" again, I will sort through it then post a call to sign up.

Be sure to post often since being a "regular" on the group for several months is a requirement to get on the list.

April, we certainly could add names to the bottom, but then it would be the never-ending scrapbox! The names are determined randomly, so adding to the bottom would throw that off and possibly leave some people out. Also, we like to make sure the box doesn't get too heavy and full to make it too expensive for people to participate. Also, we like for the box to get back home so that it can go through some housekeeping and then start up again.

It gives people an opportunity to participate that maybe couldn't during the previous round but are able to on the next.
