really stupid question

Hi Everybody

Hope everyone had a happy scrapping week. :)) I want to ask a really stupid question, please don't laugh.

When you put your LO in your album, do you cover it with the protective covering sheet that most albums have? The reason I ask this, is because if your LO is too bulky, the sheet won't "stick" and if you just leave it open, your page will damage. Sorry, I know this is probably elementary, but I've never seen a scrapbbok album irl, and most of the books and articles I read don't mention this.

Judy, There are no stupid questions here. I put page protectors over all of my LO. I always have lumpy pages too because I like to use the different embellishments. I think the page protectors keep everything from getting messed up and keep the pages neater.

I bought my first supplies today in a propper Scrapbookshop and they had a real scrapbook Album on display, so it finally makes sense now :))

Thankyou for your kindness, I must say, I sure know a lot more now than I did about a month ago
