Okay ladies and gents, let's have a recipe swap, below you will find the details. Type of swap: Recipe Swap/any recipe that is tried and true that has very little cooking involved (this may vary with people as my idea of very little cooking is different from say M-C's! (sorry M-C! LOL ) LOL should be interesting!) Number of participants: 12 Sign up deadline: August 20, 2005 Submission deadline: Tuesday September 20th. Put back in mail: NLT Monday September 26th Requirements: Must be a member for 3 months to sign up Create 12 identical 8 1/2 x 11 scrapbook pages. Embellish the page just as you would a scrapbook page, but in place of the pictures include your recipe. Feel free to be as simple or as grand as you wish, there be at least one embellishment. Examples would be hand glittered, a few stickers, tags, shaker box, eyelets, hand stamping, paper piecing. NO DIGITAL PAGES Those of us that have participated in the past have worked very hard on our pages and know that the other ladies do as well, we don't want anyone to be disappointed. If you need ideas please go to or Mail your pages in a priority mail envelope, cost is $3.85, include a stamp for $3.85 for return postage. If you will be from outside the U.S. please send the same amount of postage that you used to mail with. Oh no, I missed out on this one. I should have checked my email earlier! I would really have liked to do this! Well, maybe its a good thing, after all. I have two wedding cakes to worry about in September, and my DS#2 just started youth football practice, and with my 40 hour work week too ...*sigh* I would have been too busy anyway!
