Thanks everyone for the wishes. I was a very busy b-day but a nice one. We got up and went to church. Then in the afternoon my oldest son had baseball evaluations. Then my husband took me out for super. Just the two of us. WOW. No kids. When we go out, its usually mcdonalds or wendys drive through. My husband never goes in to eat. He's always on the run. Never has time to stop and just go in and relax. We've even been now to eat pizza in the truck. So it was nice. But....I've been married almost 13 years. Can you believe that it was hard trying to find something to talk about. I made him leave his fire department pagers in the truck. And I wouldn't let him talk about the business. He started laughing at me and said "So how's scrapbooking". He thought that was funny. Now that is something I could talk about.

Glad you have a nice B-day, Shannon! Sometimes life interferes with living! I was recently reminded about how important it is for a couple to actually find something special to do together! Still trying to find out exactly what that should be for hubby and I. He doesn't seem to want to scrapbook, LOL!
