Thank you so much Jean. I'm on new meds since I'm doing a physician supervised weight loss plan to help me regain at least part of my long lost figure and was having kind of a blah day today. It takes a couple of weeks to get used to them and it's only been 3 days so I'm feeling a little weird while my body adjusts, plus it's low carb so... I want you to know just how much this really lifted my spirits!
