Coverlock stress

Yesterday's adventure. Janome 1000 CPX was working perfectly but I was about to start a new project so I decided to change the needles. The result of this move was skipping all over the shop. Various tweaks had little result. 1 pot of tea later it occurred to me that most of the skipping was on the RH needle so I took it out and put it back in again and went from pure frustration to happiness in one moment. The lesson is; It's not enough to have the right needles, in this case suk, make sure you have them properly inserted/seated.

Been there, done that. :-O
