hi everyone- in cleaning out stuff, i have three lizze McGuire (simplicity patterns) they are:

5229 (pats, and kimono top)
5396 (blouses, vests, bags and hat)
5322 (slacks and skirt)

as well as simplicity

5234-design your own dress
5646 Simplicity slacks, skirt, dress and jacket

all are for girls size plus (8 and half to 16 and a half)

all patterns are uncut and complete. My daughter is now a little too tall, and at 13, wants a different look. I bought them, never made them.

if anyone would like them (please, take all or none!), please let me know and i'll pop them in the mail to you....

My daughter loves Lizzie McGuire patterns. I'll take them if no one else wants them. Email me at snipped-for-privacy@SPAMyahoo.ca removing the obvious and I'll give you my snail mail address. Linda

hi linda...

they are spoken for, i'm sorry!

Betsy, I would love tho have the patterns if you still have them. My son and daughter in-law are both ill. I am trying to buy school clothes and supplies for

3 children. I am retired and I can sew. This would be a God send, as patterns are so expensive on my budget. The patterns will fit both of my grandaughters. Please reply. I can pay postage. I will email you my address if this will work for you. Livy Stevens

They were offered in March 2007, and a follow-up post said they were spoken for:

Claire, your concern for my elevated blood pressure is much appreciated. ;-D

I'm pretty sure the folks who respond to these 8-10-12-year-old posts never come back to read follow-ups. I post in order to alert other newbies to the issue. (Vain hope, I know)

Beverly , They are never going to pay attention to dates on posts, you are going to have to let these people pass on by. I don't want you getting steamed up over idiots.

sewgirls.com is kaput. It is now

which is worse by far. I know, hard to believe, but the fellow who ran sewgirls.com (Dmitriy) was actually very responsive to notifications of spammers/scammers who tried to abuse the group via his site. And although he munged 'from' addresses to thwart harvesters, they were readily unmunged by an actual human. This new outfit completely destroys the 'from' address. Bah!

I know it's vain hope but you never know, I do appreciate you doing it but they are so maddening aren't they.I'm sure they are reading via sewgirls or something equally daft and therefore don't have nice organised and dated posts as we do on this forum.
