I think the Kohler company made sewing machines many years ago, but there are still some machines being used. This might be the person to ask:

She has at least one Kohler machine.

Not to worry, your English if far superior to my . ;-)

Oh, indeed, but don't try cutting lumber with a *sewing* machine, or making a coat with a *sawing* machine! ;-?

You're welcome, I wish I could have helped.

Paging Ron Anderson, please pick up the white courtesy phone.

Yes, it's Polish.

Generally I don't have many opportunities to test my english so I don't=20 know how "good" I know it.

And the same in Polish:

Og=F3lnie nie mam wielu okazji =BFeby przetestowa=E6 m=F3j angielski wi=EA= c nie=20 wiem jak dobrze go znam.

/nothing interesting ;P/

I understand that cutting lumber with sewing machine is rather=20 impossible, but if I had more time I would make coat with sawing=20 machine. But nobody tells that it will be neat ;P

No problem ;) I don't have hope, that I'll find spare parts for this machine by shops=20 or internet. But I wanted to try - why not ;) Pogonip wrote me some info =

- maybe I'll find something. If not, I'll look for in second-hand shops.

Well, in that case your English is 1000-to-the-nth power better than my Polish! ;-) (My only other language is French, learned 50+ years ago in high school.)

Trust me, it is excellent. Actually, you do as well as some of the native-English speakers here.

Aaack, my spell-checker just choked! ;->

Good luck finding the parts you need. Maybe if you find another similar machine you could cannibalize it for parts.

My husband used a band saw to trim carpet samples to fit our cat shelves.

I believe he has a picture of one of the shelves on his Web site:
