I may have the oppourtunity to buy the above machine second hand for £75 (UK sterling). The owner says she has hardly used the machine since new, and it is perhaps 2yo. What suprised me was that she said it was a cam machine! 30 fancy stiches and buttonhole.
Anybody got any positive or negative feedback on this machine before I go for a long drive to see it at the weekend?

I don't know about the Toyota models but it is generally a cheaper make. On saying that my friend who sews day and night has an old Toyota sewing machine about 20 years old and says it is wonderful just keeps on sewing. For £75 and a long ride I cannot see you can go wrong. Take your samples of fabric thick and thin and do buttonholes and try it out. See how it runs if it is smooth and not noisey. Liz
