It's made from silk jersey: I'd go for silk jersey too. Or possibly a rayon jersey if you can't find silk. And other than that, it looks like a plain V neck T shirt dress with 3/4 length sleeves and a sailor collar. It wouldn't be hard to draft a pattern or skim one off a T shirt and extend the length. Drafting the collar should be easy:

down to the half roll sailor collar - miss off the bow) You'll need to know about stretch sewing techniques and use a serger if possible.

I notice that the dress (skirt hem, the sleeves hems and the front collar edges) seem to have been carefully cut from a border fabric. Polly

I think it may just be part of the patter cut out and applique'd on... Fun, on a stretch fabric!

Or E. Pucci had the knit silk custom printed to its specifications (that's a distinct possibility with high end designers). I suspect there's no way it can be replicated. However, maybe OP just wants the basic style not the full actual look...

That designer seems to have a penchant for using really interesting prints:

There is that. Appliqueing would make a nice substitute, if it could be done...

or painting the silk with your own design, borders and all!

Fun, though! I don't like all of his work, but some of the prints are fun.

Maybe, but a major hassle on silk jersey!

That might work if it didn't change the hand of the knit.

Indeed. Number 27 reminds me of a dress I made in the seventies. First time I paid over $7/yard for fabric! It was a really interesting print of swirls, starting on one selvedge with golden shades and blending to greens on the opposite selvedge. I cut a long dress on the cross-grain, so the gold was up by my face and the green at the hem. My DD reminded me of that dress recently, she wants to show it to DGD. I have no idea if I still have it somewhere.
