Trying to locate a fabric

I recently saw a quilt made from the cutest fabric. It has people with different hats, outfits and legs with shoes, etc. You can cut each person into three parts and mix and match them to make the most interesting characters. I think they were printed in black and white and colored with crayons. Does anyone remember seeing this fabric. I have done many searches and cannot come up with a thing.
