Alternatives to Ranger/Suze "Melting Pot"??

Anyone ever use anything besides her pot? I'm looking for a less expensive alternative.

I've used small tinfoil pans (like chicken-pot pie comes in) and my heatgun to melt large quantities of EP for special projects. It works fine if you work fast, although you may have to reheat.

If you live near an A.C. Moore and get one of its 40% off coupons, you can buy it for about 6.00. It's the Darice glue pot (teflon coated). I wish I had the number, but Darice is the company that makes Suze's and if you look at the two style numbers, VOILA, they are the same.

Thanks for the tip. I actually thought Ranger made the Suze pot. It's not a big deal - I'll definitely check out the Darice!!

Ranger does not make the pot...they market it for her under her name.

Her new pouring one may be, but her "original" is not.
