What is the least expensive way to clean the rubber stamp TIA.

Um, THE least expensive would have to be a damp old washcloth. Another cheap one is a damp paper towel. Add the minimal expense of something you have around the house... add a little 409 to the water with which you dampen the cloth or paper towel. And, if you want to go all out and spend $2, get a tub of alcohol-free lanolin-free baby wipes.

I use non alcohol baby wipes. They do a great job and keep my stamps in great condition.
