Anyone know of a cheap source to buy a custom stamp? I'm hoping to get a stamp made with names or initials done nicely as a wedding gift.

Most office supply stores can have stamps made for you inexpensively; it used to be they were only the typeset sort (for address labeling, for instance), but I understand many can now do image-based stamps, too.

for your own image is at the bottom, but this page also has avariety of wedding stamps and monogram stamps, among others, that mightmake nice gifts.
