How to get out of a slump

In another thread someone asked how to get out of a slump. I started a new title so folks can find the responses easily.

How I get out of a slump:

  1. Learn a new technique. I get so excited that I have to use it immediately.
  2. Start a new craft that can be integrated with rubber stamps. I recently dove head first into polymer clay and am loving it!
  3. Commit yourself to a swap, card program or other item where someone else will be let down if you don't stamp. This is the same motivation as exercise. If your exercise buddy is waiting for you it is harder to say "Oh I'm too tired." A great way to force yourself to stamp is to join something like ChemoAngels. I am a card angel. I send cards to a Chemo patient. They don't care if it is fancy, just receiving it makes their day.

A regular Chemoangel sends gifts. If you are notinto cards, you could make gifts to send.Whatever you do to exercise your creative side helps!Erin-Joi

If I told you that I was walking 35 or 39 miles in 2 days to help women with undetected breast cancer find out early enough to survive, would you support me?
