I got in a little turning before the coals petered out on the fire that had been going for over three months solid. Maple bowl. But then I pulled the pipe and cleaned it all out, checked the chimney with a mirror and found it clean. Hope you all remembered to do the same.
Hauled snow off the roof, too. Another few days like this and I'll rough out those pieces of birch that have been sitting covered in snow since fall.
Spring is coming. Time to order the seeds for this year's garden.
