How to contact Delta Machinery?

Good morning,

I am trying to contact Delta. I recently bought one of their lathes, and I filled out the warranty registration form online. I have not received any acknowledgement of that registration.

However, I did receive an email on Thursday with a URL for their newsletter. When I go to that page, all I get is "If you are still having problems viewing this message, please click here for additional help." That takes me to a text only page with absolutely no useful information. I did try the URL for the contact form, but after I filled it out and clicked on the Continue button, nothing happens.

So I am looking for an email address where I can contact them. Does anyone have information on how I can get through to them?

You won't- my whole shop is Delta, and I've never recieved a confirmation of registration. On the few occasions I've had to contact them regarding a warranty, they've been on file. But I have always mailed the card that came with the tool in- As far as I've been able to tell, Delta is not real big on using current technology to it's full advantage.

Your best bet is to call the phone number- if you can get a real person on the line, they're very good about helping you out. If you try to e-mail them, expect a long wait.
