Does anyone here use the Nova G3 Pen Bundle for drilling pen blanks on the lathe? I bought one for that purpose, but when I assembled it and mounted it on my lathe, the jaws wouldn't close far enough to securely hold a 3/4 inch blank. The manual says it should close tightly enough to hold a blank just over half an inch. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? (Teknatool product support just told me that if I didn't like the way the chuck worked I should return it!)
