I was able to get my hands on more then 20 of these kits at around $1 a peice in Pasadena. The trouble is it's not a kit available on any of the usual vendor sites. It's a bit of a complicated kit since it uses two tube sizes, and I had to mix and match bushings, but the result is nice. Problem is I can't see how one works the mech pencil without a small hole to push the tip through to release the lead. It seems to click like it can release it when twisted... but it doesnt seem to work... either I'm wrong or I'm missing something in making the kit. The kit uses a twist mechanism, a knurled black metal holder right after the gold tip and the eraser hidden in a gold screw on cap. Anybody see/use this kit and can provide some insight????
