A thick CA (Superglue but highly refined) glue should work but a polyurethane glue like Gorilla and the Titebond polyurethane would work better but takes quite a bit of time to be ready (minimum of several hours but better if left overnight). Even an epoxy made for plastic and wood would do well too and would be ready in just several minutes. Regular white or yellow (carpenters) glue won't work well for this.

Could you tell us a bit more about what type of project you are working on? Maybe we can narrow down our recommendations that way.

But AHilton is right, the use has a lot to do with it. My main concerns are: CA glue tends to be brittle, and the wood glues may not adhere well to a non-porous plastic. Epoxy, which bonds better than the others to smooth, non-porous plastics, likes a roughened surface better.
