December threads received

Hi to Janise and Nora

Janise, your envelope arrived today (see, the mail does get through to Canada!).

What a beautiful selection of yarns, and so nicely done up with labels and enclosed in baggies!! Janise also enclosed a nice note explaining each yarn and a postcard of Rochester, N.Y. Thank you so much for a fun exchange!

DH & I were out this a.m. doing some last minute shopping and I finally picked up some postcards of Winnipeg (my home town) and a couple of prairie Manitoba scenes.

And it's also got through to England. Janise's other threads for this month arrived here yesterday. I'm afraid I'm all behind hand and haven't managed to get them in the post to Janise yet. I think I still owe November's threads too. I can only plead being otherwise occupied in mind lately (see separate message on this subject).
