Filing Needles and Patterns

Hello Group Thanks for all of the suggestions regarding filing patterns. With regard to my needles, I had an "over-the-door" shoe bag which was mainly plastic. I purchased from Solutions (Canadian company?) a new "over-the-door" shoe bag made from mainly black cotton. I redistributed my needles in the pockets. Regarding my patterns and pattern books, I am looking for a suitable bookshelf that I can fit baskets into. I will then sort my books and patterns into categories and when I want to look for a pattern, I will take out the appropriate basket. Does this sound reasonably organized????????
