I was surfing...well actually I ordered 2 sock patterns and yarn from Jimmy Beans Wool.....

I am ready to take up the challenge of learning to knit socks the first pattern uses worsted weight yarn so thought that would be a good way to start. Oh back to sharing......at Jimmies site is a list of links and I noticed The Daily Knitter so clicked....boy am I glad I did because they have one of the best free pattern sections and all kinds of interesting reading:
