Gemini Do you like me as Bedouin ???? On the wall you can see a Suzani ,,, I also have one at my house ,, The picture you did put up was taken in a walk i made in Belgium , in the Footsteps of St. Veronica, was a lovely day ,,, mirjam

Oh yes, Mirjam, I liked both your pictures. That is beautiful on the wall beside you. :o)

The only reason I chose the picture that I did is that your face is showing, and you have a very nice face that shouldn't be hidden from your friends. :o)

Hi! Gemini is right! And guess what...The only person...who was IRL the same kind of I had thought was....Auntie Nora. It is a bit strange...I would not recognize...many of RCTYers if I saw them IRL...so it is nice to see how they look like. And this is fun, you know. And there were some stranger faces too. Thank you Gemimi i am usually quite shy about photos. I have an artist friend who wanted to draw me from a photo , and he swears that everytime he takes my photo , i `disppear` into myself ,,,, Wering the Bedoiun clothes helps , as one can enjoy their beauty,,,,, mirjam

This is a very nice picture, Mirjam. I was thinking it was made in your garden. But then I noticed your back pack. :) So where was it you made the walk? As far as I know Veronica lived in Jerusalem.

Thank you, I found it. It must be in Leefdaal, with its 13th century castle. This is something to remember next time we go on a bike trip. If the weather stays as nice as it has been this autumn, we can still do it before it gets too cold. We have been in that direction of course, because it is a beautiful region, but never into the village of Leefdaal.

On the website I found, they say that the original name of the church was Vroeienberg, and this name was changed later in "verona's berg". The story about the saint seems to be invented. Our ancesters has a a lot of fantasy :)

I don't know why you are so shy with picture. You look good, thre is no reason to hide.
