OT: about Darlene (??)

Oh dear.... so sorry to hear that..... sometimes painkillers are all that will help.

An update on my knee - saw the surgeon today and he advises the surgery is only 50-50 to help my knee, but we're doing it anyway. Waiting time - 4 months. But I'm not in agony like you are, so 4 months is okay.....

Darlene , do you prepare your body for the operation?, i did by eating and drinking lots of fresh fruits [esp mango and papaya] , loads of fresh water to clean my body ahead of time , for it all ,,,, mirjam
