OT: Birthday wishes for Rusty

Hi Els, Donna and Cher - thank you all for my birthday wishes.

Donna, the snow/sleet/rain started here about 8:00 last night and there were accidents everywhere. I have a scanner and stayed up until 1:30 listening to it. Naugatuck is an extremely hilly town. and they couldn't get it sanded quickly enough.

The fire dept. sent two trucks out to a call, and neither of them could get back down the hills; they had to go out of service and just sit and wait for the sanders.

It has started melting, and now it's just raining, but very heavy rain.

Dusty absolutely loves the snow - he bounces around like a little puppy. My dd got him for me at a pet store, and he was born in Minnesota, and we says that's why he likes the snow so much, his Minnesota genes.
