No more Brother machines at
Big Brother just said NO Lou Ann. And this was on Dec 31, and they still won't tell her why.
What's up Brother?
I received an email from Louann and sent a lengthy letter to Brother. I was appalled at their decision and wanted to let them know how "off base" they were. I also mentioned that the two "local" dealers they suggested I work with (to them "local" means 100 miles) were very unprofessional in answering my questions or returning my calls and how Louann was not only professional but prompt.
Maybe it won't work to get her reinstated, maybe it will, but Louann hopefully knows how big her following is and that might be some consoliation.
