I saw a set of designs on eBay called "Cute Scout Kids".I know enough about BSA licensing and the origin of other designs this seller is selling as "her own work" to be very hesitant about buying from this auction:
Sorry I don't know the answer to your question. However, just looking at some of the sellers others auctions copyright violations abound. I'd definately think twice about buying anything from them.

After looking at her feedback I see she paid $8000 to someone who's designs she was selling illegally. Obviously if Disney or Hanna-Barbera gets wind of her auctions she'll REALLY have a problem.
Steer clear.
Even stranger, I accidentally hit my right mouse button while looking at one of her pages & was tartly informed that they were CORYRIGHTED! (All caps and exclamation point are the sellers:)
Too bad, as she's selling some nice stuff and I just want to buy from the rightful owner.
