I am looking for a place to bye glass drills, about 4, 5, 6, and 7 mm. please tell me where to get them.

if you mean diamond core drills, ebay. if you have a commercial business account, you might check to see if crlaurance ships to your location.

They have diamond core drills and ordinary diamond drills, but they are mainly for those who fuse glass, ie. 1.8mm and 2.1mm.
