Hi Everyone,

I've had a short note from Stella and her DH passed away at 9:35 this morning. She said he went very peacefully while she was holding his hand,singing a hymn and he took a breath and was gone. He has endured so much these last few months, that it is a blessing that he is not suffering now.

Nora, thank you for passing on that very sad news. please pass on my love and sympathy to Stella when you next talk to her. She does have the knowledge that his last moments were spent in a wonderful, loving and gentle atmosphere, which will, hopefully, be a comfort to her in the difficult days ahead. Aww, God bless Stella! Her husband is at peace now, but I know how very much she is now and will continue to miss him.

Look to the heavens Stella... find the brightest star, it will be your husband smiling down on you and watching over you. I feel that is the way in all families. Your loved ones never leave you completely!
