Anxious to know if anyone has tried Quillon for baking. I see it at the store, but it's sold by volume. I've only used parchment before.

i havent used it either but i was talking with my chef and he said that quillon functions almost the same its just a disposible baking sheet. I have been using parchment for a while now and it has never let me down. another good investment is a cylicone slipat if you dont already have one.
