Looking for Pumpkin Cookie recipe

Hi, Looking for pumpkin cookie recipe that my aunt used to make. They had chopped walnuts in them and had a white icing on them. I don't quite remember if there were also raisins in them. I was quite young when she passed away but I do remember those cookies and would love to make some. Thanks for your help.

would be impossible for us to know what recipe you aunt used. The onesthat I am familiar with are rather soft, bland, cake-like drop cookies likethe one in "Pumpkin Cookies III) I would just make some simple frostingfrom powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk. An alternative would becream cheese frosting.
