seeking Women's Day cookie recipe

I'm looking for a cookie recipe that I think I found in Women's Day a few years ago - it was a rolled cookie very similar to rugelah, except that the dough was formed into rectangles and rolled up jelly-roll-style and then cut in sections (as opposed to being rolled in a circle and cut in wedges and then rolled into crescents). I think the filling was apricot, and I think the dough contained cream cheese (rather than sour cream). I know this is a long shot, but can anyone help me find it? I remember thinking it was easier and tenderer than any of the rugelah recipes I had previously tried. Thanks!

If you don't find that particular recipe, I have a rugelah recipe that contains cream cheese (from "Rose's Christmas Cookies, Rose Levy Beranbaum). You could form them as you wish, but her instructions are for the traditional shape.
