Nutrimill Wheat Mill

Aug 11, 2003 1 Replies

I've been baking bread using freshly milled flour milled using my in-laws K-Tec impact mill. I've been enjoying the baking process and my bread is getting better and better. Now I want to get my own grain-mill. One of the mills I've been looking at is relatively new and is being marketed by Bosch called the Nutrimill. One of the things I like about it is its range of coarseness settings that goes from a cornmeal coarseness to ultra fine. The claim is that it grinds the finest flour of any mill on the market. I found one site that seems to verify the fineness claims if you want to take a look.

anyone else have experience with this mill?

I used to have the entire Bosch set-up and loved the Nutrimill. It ground whatever I wanted to the coarseness / fineness I wanted. Never have tried anything else. Since I'm single now I don't do the baking I used to, so gave it all to my daughter to use for her growing family.
