I am again posting the question: Does anyone out there have any experience with the Viking Stand Mixer? We all know about their ranges, and we all know there are questions about the durability of the Kitchenaid mixers, and the service on the Kenwoods (now DeLonghi). I would LOVE to own one of the new Hobarts, but don't have the 1-2000 bucks for one. Mike Acord
