First...I'm so glad that Merc is doing well...whew!
How does it glow?...magic...foxfire...bioluminescence? Nah...not clay either.
You charge it by holding it to the light for a bit. It glows WAY longer than glow in the dark clay...and it looks exactly like a lit jack o lantern in the dark.
This thing would be a hoot to wear out where you'd go from bright to dark (I'm thinking movie) ...you'd be sitting there with all the 'normal' people with Jack smiling out of the dark at everyone. ;-)
